The Lagos State Government has revealed plans to repair the stretch of Ozumba Mbadiwe Road from Bonny Camp junction.
The repair work would start on Monday and end on Sunday September 21.
A statement by Oluwaseun Osiyemi, Lagos State Commissioner for Transportation, said the work would be carried out mostly at night to avoid inconveniencing Lagosians.
The statement reads, “The Lagos State Government has announced its plan to carry out repair works on the stretch of Ozumba Mbadiwe Road from Bonny Camp junction commencing on Monday, 15th to Sunday 21st September, 2025, a duration of 1 week.
“The repair works will take place at night time from 9.00pm to 6.00am to ensure minimal impact on traffic.“Motorists are implored to be patient while driving through the corridor.”
