Prominent Nigerians have emerged winners at the 6th South-West Investment Summit and Advancement Awards, held on the 4th of September, 2026 at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island-Lagos.
The event which was organized by ASo Multimedia brought together stakeholders from different sectors of the economy to discuss issues affecting investment opportunities, economic development, entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership as well as strategies that will enable the South-West to develop.
Some of the keynote speakers at the summit which featured conferences, breakout sessions, networking and exhibitions that provided a platform for policymakers, business executives, investors, entrepreneurs, development experts and other stakeholders to exchange ideas and explore opportunities for economic growth included:
The Convener / CEO of ASO Multi-Media -Ambassador Desmond Agboola and Co-Convener/ Executive Director ASO Multi-Media, Ambassador Kingsley Agboola, while welcoming the guests urged them to tap into the gains of the summit.
Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment-Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, Chancellor of Shiloh Embassy Spiritual Defence Academy cum Bishop of Shiloh Embassy Church, Akure-Professor Jef Agboola, Fmr. Member Lagos State House of Assembly and Founder Eleniyan Cares Foundation -Honourable Segun Olulade, Zonal Coordinator, NCC-Mr. Tunji Jimoh, Lagos State Commissioner for Local Government Service Commission-Aarebinrin Honourable (Dr.) Folashade Olubanji-Oba, Divisional Head-Corporate Finance and Advisory Services, Bank of Industry Limited-Ayo Bajomo and Vice President, World Trade Center (Lagos), Dr. David Opeyemi Oke.
Others were: Senior Special Assistant to the President on Community Engagement ( South-West), Honourable Moremi Ojodu, Global President United Nations International Peace Governance Council (UNIPGC), H.E. Ambassador (Dr) Jonathan Ojadah and the Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II, represented by Oba Adeyemi Adediran.
Some of the award recipients were: The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of TOSLAD Group, Ambassador Dr Tosin Ladejobi. He was presented with the award as the ‘Most Promising Real Estate Personality of the Year 2026’.
The award recognised his contributions to the real estate sector and growing profile in the industry.
