In the same vein, The First Lady of Nigeria-Senator Oluremi Tinubu who was ably represented at the seminar by Wife of the Chief of Staff to Mr. President- Mrs Salamatu Gbajabiamila in her address, reiterated that empowering women must not be taken as a charitable gesture rather, it should be seen as a strategic investment in national development.

Other speakers at the event were the former House of Representatives Member and Chairman, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission-Mrs Abike Dabiri Erewa and TY Bello who both spoke on women’s emancipation.
