The Otun Akile of Remoland and Chief Executive Officer of Adron Group, Sir Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, KOF, has congratulated the Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Babatunde Adewale Ajayi, and all sons and daughters of Remoland on the occasion of the 2025 Remo Day celebration.
In a goodwill message to commemorate the 2nd edition of the event, Aare Emmanuelking described Remo Day as a powerful affirmation of the people’s rich cultural heritage, unity, and shared commitment to progress. He noted that the celebration reflects the resilience, cultural pride, and collective aspirations of the Remo people, whose unity continues to drive sustainable development across the land.
He commended the Akarigbo for his visionary leadership, applauding the traditional institution for its stabilising role in promoting peace, cultural preservation, and good governance in Remoland.
The Adron Group boss also acknowledged the presence of the Ogun State Governor at the celebration, describing it as a strong demonstration of solidarity with the Remo people. He praised the Governor’s purposeful leadership and commitment to good governance, noting that the administration’s development policies have continued to yield positive impacts across the state.
According to Aare Emmanuelking, Remo Day goes beyond festivity, serving as a symbolic homecoming that honours the sacrifices of past generations while reinforcing unity and collective responsibility for development.
He further lauded the contributions of Remo indigenes at home and in the diaspora, whose enterprise and collaborative efforts, he said, have positioned Remoland as a hub of economic vitality and social harmony.
“As a proud son of Remoland, I am inspired by the unity and sense of purpose that define our people,” he stated, expressing hope that the celebration would further strengthen cohesion and accelerate sustainable development.
On behalf of his family, the Board of Directors, and the Management of Adron Group, Aare Emmanuelking wished the Akarigbo and all Remo sons and daughters a successful and memorable Remo Day celebration, while offering prayers for continued peace, prosperity, and development of Remoland and Ogun State.
