In her reaction to the recent attack in Doha, Qatar’s capital, The First Lady described peace as central to God’s will for humanity, noting that it is a shared principle across major religions.

During the meeting, which was held largely behind closed doors, discussions centered on possible areas of collaboration between Nigeria’s Renewed Hope Initiative and the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development. The partnership is expected to focus on improving the Almajiri education system and tackling the challenge of out-of-school children in Nigeria.

Ambassador Al-Hajri, in his remarks, expressed appreciation to Senator Tinubu and the Nigerian people for their solidarity and support during a difficult period for Qatar. He reaffirmed the strong ties between both nations, stressing that Nigeria remains dear to the State of Qatar.
